Very vigourous, well branching Salvia that flowers in the 1st year without vernalization. Flowering planning can be from June till October. Much longer flowering than traditional varieties and Bordeau will re-flower in the same year if consumer cuts the plant back.

A tender perennial with aromatic, evergreen, silver- grey foliage. Historically the leaves have been used as insecticide and moth repellant.
