• “NSBE in terms of networking is amazing. However many aspects of the organization such as conferences, conventions, chapter recognition etc. do not always represent/fully fulfill the mission of NSBE. I feel that as you look higher in the organization on the regional and national level there seems to be a disconnect or convolution in communication and support. • Besides the broken relationship between the 3 “”governmental”” levels of NSBE, the number 1 reason I sometimes don’t recommend NSBE is because many of the steps needed to become a national member are cumbersome and abysmal, and those issues (poor website, poor GPA verification process, unresponsive WHQ/REB) is what I feel contributes to lack of participation as a whole.
• In all in my 4 years of being a NSBE member, it seems as though the organization has grown (and is continuing to grow) too quickly, and the technological and constitutional issues NSEBE faces support these claims.”
