FOX ONE SEPTEMBRE 2025

How it all started When my children were young and began asking me for a dog, for sure it had to be a Wire Fox Terrier. My grandfather was a shoe maker with his own business, he always had a Wire Fox Terrier to protect him and the shop. It was exciting to continue the family tradition with Wire Fox Terriers. We purchased a Wire Fox Terrier from a well known kennel in Germany, Bruno Meier – Macho vom Jahnsteinhof. We were told he is a beautiful and special boy. Later we became very disappointed when other breeders said he is too long, not right coat etc. for becoming a show dog. This inspired me to learn more about this breed, and after buying another not so great dog we finally found family Jüngling – from Jünglingshof in the east of Germany. We bought Hede, our first bitch, and our first litter was by Macho from Jahnsteinhof. This friendship with Family Jüngling is still very very close and has given us so much opportunities and joy. We had now started a long journey to learn what a show dog is all about! In the early years we struggled with trimming ! By this time, Mr. Schöneberg – von den schönen Bergen, had started his career in Fox Terriers, after being very successful with Airedales and various other terrier breeds. Mr Schöneberg was really kind and gave us lots of support. I learned how to trim dogs, and started to get an eye for Fox Terriers. After some time breeding, in my 5th litter I produced Be’s Emilie (Emmie). Emmie was sired by Agria Xander, who was located that time at the Jünglingshof. Emmie was a pretty girl and became my first Champion bitch. Emmie Produced several champions and was the best companion you could imagine.
