the end of the season. In the Boys C Grade Division 1 our C team of Angus Gifford, Xander Acton-Adams, Renzo Macdonald Jaramillo, George Couper and Oliver Glossop placed 7th in the grade. Angus Turnham and Ben Zwarst helped out in various teams as impact players. All the boys played well throughout the season and represented College in fine style. Our player of the year for 2019 is Ralph Chiang. HOUSE BADMINTON The House badminton competition was completed in late Term 3. In the preliminary round, Harper beat Jacobs and Julius defeated Corfe. The first round saw Somes eliminate Richards, and School defeat Harper.
Flower’s won against Rolleston, and Julius eliminated Condell’s. In the semi-finals Somes beat School, while Julius beat Flower’s. A big crowd of supporters came along to cheer for their House team in the final match and, in a very close game, Somes House triumphed over Julius House.
