Showgrounds. The race was run in near perfect conditions. Most boys had good races, considering the fact they had raced in the College cross country on the previous Monday. Entries were disappointingly low in the younger grades. Hopefully more boys will be keen to race in this event next year. A couple struggled with the change of surfaces and wisely chose to pull out early due to sore legs and the need to prevent injury. We were duty club on the day. Thank you to Rob Clarke and his team of boys who were in charge of helping run the event and keying the results.
