FOSTERING A RESPECTFUL WORK ENVIRONMENT
At Frenchman’s Creek, we are committed to creating a respectful and safe workplace for all employees. Recently, our managers participated in a specialized training program focused on fostering respect in the workplace. This initiative equipped them with the tools to promote respectful behaviors, handle difficult conversations, and lead by example. By investing in this training, our leadership team is taking an important step towards cultivating a positive, inclusive work culture. We thank our managers for their dedication to creating a workplace where respect is a core value and everyone can thrive.
EMPLOYEE ENGLISH CLASSES
REMINDER: Intermediate/Advanced English Classes will start back Wednesday, January 8 at 2 p.m. in the GCM Cafeteria. These classes are mandatory for our AITs who need to improve their English-speaking skills. At the moment, we are not offering beginner classes, but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as they become available again!

WELLNESS DISCOUNT
Open enrollment for insurance benefits will begin in April. To qualify for the wellness discount, please ensure you complete the necessary form before then. The form can be found on the last page of your benefits book. It requires you to schedule appointments with your doctor or dentist for routine checkups and have them sign the form. If you need a copy of the benefits book or assistance with filling out the form, feel free to stop by HR, we’ll be happy to help. Please note that the wellness discount will not apply until after your first year with active insurance coverage.
