Landscaping may be used in combination with walls, fencing, and/or trellises to screen views where consistent with objective standards from the Irvine Zoning Ordinance.

3.1 Building Form, Massing, and Articulation
3.1.1 Building Form and Hierarchy Buildings greater than two stories shall be designed to differentiate a defined base; a middle or body; and a top, cornice, or parapet cap. Buildings two stories or less shall include a defined base and top. The “base” and “top” each shall not exceed two stories in height (one-story each). This effect shall be achieved through at least two of the following for all buildings:
