The in-house guest can access the room service menu and place orders, which will be redirected to the Hudini Dashboard screen, where the IRD team can review, check, and amend the order.
The in-house guest can create a maintenance order through the Hudini App, and assigned to the relevant technician (e.g., plumber, electrician, A/C technician).
The guest can use the Hudini App to make a reservation through SPA Management System.
