About the cabin rental:
• The cost includes all utilities: Wi-Fi, heat, water, trash and snow removal. • The first month’s rent will be doubled for the security deposit.
• Rent is not included in your tuition. However, because your housing is off campus, you are not charged the regular room and board fees. This also means you will need to pay for meals if you intend on eating meals at the Bible Institute throughout the year. You can connect with our Student Accounts department to discuss meal plan options. • No pets allowed, sorry! • No moving furniture (this includes bringing furniture in as well as taking furniture out). • Laundry machines are available at the Bible Institute.
The following page is the layout of the Pines property. Cabins are mainly on the left side of the property. Layouts of each of the cabins are located at the back of this packet.
You will be assigned a cabin for your housing. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the cabin to which you are assigned.
