About the cabin rental:
• The cost includes all utilities: Wi-Fi, heat, and water. • A $50 security deposit is due with first month’s rent payment.
• Rent is not included in your tuition. However, because your housing is off campus, you are not charged the Room and Board Fees. This also means you will have to pay for meals if you are eating at the Bible Institute, as meals are not included in the rent. You can buy meal punch cards, purchasing 10 lunches or 10 dinners at a time, or you can contact our staff in student accounts to discuss purchasing a larger meal package. • No pets allowed, sorry! • No moving furniture (this includes bringing furniture in as well as taking furniture out). • Laundry machines are available at the Bible Institute.
