NATIVE FOOD-COOKING & TASTING SESSION Australian Native Food Co. presents cooking with native ingredients then utilising them in the cooking to experience the full flavours and versatility. This course is a mix of hands-on and tasting where Rebecca will make various dishes using Native Products, including Lemon Myrtle Garlic Prawns, Davidson Plum Rubbed Kangaroo, Atlantic Salmon with Green Ant Marmalade and Bush Dukkah, and yoghurt tastings with various jams.
