ing the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.” – President Gerald R. Ford, September 8, 1974; Proclamation 4311.
Despite his heinous (rather than merciful) use of the pardon power, or those of his handlers, none appear to
As of January 1, 2025, President Joe Biden has issued a staggering 8,064 pardons or commutations, the
To be clear, the presidential pardon of his son encompasses “all offenses against the United States which he [Hunter Biden] has committed or may have committed or taken part in.” This pardon is not about a sympathetic father showing love or mercy to his wayward son. It was a strategic ploy to shield him- self from the most serious crimes of sell- ing out his country for personal enrichment during his time as vice-presi- dent and beyond. By accepting a pardon, a person has admitted guilt to the pardoned crimes pursuant to a precedent established by the 1915 Supreme Court’s decision in Burdick v. United States. Accordingly, the DOJ and FBI, under President Trump, has been granted a probative cause to
most in modern Amer- ican history. That
number includes a stunningly broad par- don for his son, Hunter Biden, strategi- cally encompassing a specific period that is obviously mutually beneficial to himself for his acts as the “Capo” of the Biden Crime family. By contrast, Biden has issued more par- dons that the last eleven — (11) — US Presidents combined, from the end of Eisenhower’s term in 1961 to the present. More importantly, he’s not done. Some might assert that President Jimmy Carter holds the record for the number of pardons granted by any mod-
ern US president by pardoning 200,000 individuals who fled to Canada or otherwise refused to be drafted during the Vietnam war. When considered in the proper con- text, however, Carter’s actions pale by comparison to Biden’s single day of granting clemency to 1,500 people and issuing 39 pardons on December 12, 2024. Biden’s “first wave” of clemency came just 11 days after issuing a pardon to his son on December 1, 2024. On December 23, to the cheers of the radical Leftists and the legacy media, Biden also commuted the death sentences of 37 of 40 federal inmates currently on death row, all who were convicted of murder. Notably, the mur- ders committed by the 37 men were so brutal, no media outlet would publish the details. It should also be noted that those commutations ap- peared to be done out of spite, not for the sake of mercy, against the incoming Trump presidency. He made this clear in a muted statement expressing, “In good con- science, I cannot stand back and let a new administra- tion resume executions that I halted.” Among the many other controversial pardons or com- mutations include the infamous Rita Crundwell, a corrupt Illinois official who pilfered $54 million from a small town, which was described as the largest municipal fraud scheme in US history. Additionally, Biden commuted the sentence of James Fry, a hedge fund manager convicted in the Petters Group $1.9 billion Ponzi scheme described as “one of the largest and most complex Ponzi schemes in U.S. history.” Also, Biden granted clemency to the corrupt judge “at the center of the ‘Kids for Cash’ case, in which former Pennsylvania Judge Michael Conahan took bribes in exchange for wrongly sentencing children to time in for-profit youth prisons, padding his own bank account while helping the prisons to pad theirs,” as pub- lished in the New York Post. All of the above were unwelcomed Christmas gifts for the countless victims and the families of victims of the offenders, none of whom seemed to warrant mercy. Given more space, there are many more egregious pardons and commutations granted by Biden that could be cited, but his “scorched earth strategy” as he is shuf- fling out of the White House should be abundantly clear.
be as self-serving as the unusual pardon of his son, and the talk of potential “preemptive pardons” of significant others. “Trust in the justice system has been ‘almost irrepara- bly damaged by the Bidens.’” -Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA).
start a new investigation of not only Hunter Biden, but the entire Biden Crime family and their associates. As explained by Dr. Jerome Corsi in a recent column pub- lished by The American Thinker, “[A]ll a DOJ or FBI of- ficial would have to do is to put a piece of paper in front of the pardoned person and ask that person to enumer- ate all crimes committed, plus require the pardoned per- son to give the names and details of all criminal accomplices involved.” What happens next could be catastrophic for the entire Biden family, as it would prove the treasonous criminal- ity of influence peddling and selling out US interests for the Bidens’ personal enrichment. It would also show the complicity of the Garland DOJ, the FBI, and many others in the political orbit of the Bidens during his tenure as Vice-President and later, President of the United States. The enormity of the Biden family crimes would be laid bare for everyone to see.
A closer look at the Hunter Biden pardon
Despite constant public assurances that he would never interfere in the administration of justice regarding his son, Biden pardoned Hunter as he was about to be sentenced on federal tax evasion and gun charges. A deeper look reveals that it was never about the gun or tax charges, but something much bigger. Biden’s pardon of his son was extremely and unusually specific: “For those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014, through De- cember 1, 2024.” In a pardon that resembles that of former US President Richard Nixon, Biden’s sweeping pardon of Hunter “in- sulates his son from ever facing federal charges over any crimes he possibly could have committed over the past decade,” the Leftist publication Politico was forced to admit. As quoted in Politico, Margaret Love, a former U.S. pardon attorney serving from 1990-1997, said, “I have never seen language like this in a pardon document that purports to pardon offenses that have not apparently even been charged, with the exception of the Nixon par- don.” President Gerald Ford set the precedent for pre-emp- tive pardons, or issuing a pardon before an offense has been charged, with his Proclamation 4311, granting a pardon to his predecessor. “Now, Therefore, I, Gerald R. Ford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in dur-
Preemptive Pardons?
The strategy of Joe Biden and his handlers is not over. Senior White House officials are reportedly considering issuing additional and significant pre-emptive pardons to people like retired Gen. Mark Milley the former chair- man of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who placed secret phone calls to a top Chinese official before the 2020 election and after the Jan. 6. 2021, riot at the US Capi- tol. In a September, 2021 congressional hearing, Milley admitted to calling Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Lib- eration Army to tell him that he would personally warn China in the event of a US attack during Trump’s waning days in office. Others include a range of current and former officials who could find themselves facing inquiries and even in- dictments by a new DOJ, including but not limited to members of Congress’ January 6 Committee, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for his role in the COVID-19 pandemic. Perhaps the American public will see justice prevail in 2025, or at least learn the truth of a criminal enterprise operated by an installed “president,” his family, and oth- ers in positions of power.
