Founded by Diane Boulai Chief Executive Officer, LPN, CACI, CAMS-I, and headquartered in Newnan, Georgia, Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc. was established in December 2016 as an outpatient provider of behavioral, emotional, mental health and substance abuse treatment. Our agency staff is fully licensed and CARF accredited. We are an agency that address’s individuals, their families, and the community through a holistic approach with over 25 years of combined clinical experience. At Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center Inc., we serve all age groups, from children as young as thirteen years old to seniors and individuals from all cultures and backgrounds. We accept private insurance, medicaid, all major credit cards, and cash self-payments. Payment plans available by request.
