Day 1: Alice Springs Start your tour with a visit to Simpson’s Gap and view the mighty MacDonnell Ranges from ANZAC Hill. Then get up close with some of the local wildlife at Alice Springs Reptile Centre. (D) Day 2: Alice Springs - Kings Canyon After a morning of ‘bushtucker’ and insect eating in Alice Springs, journey to Kings Creek Station for a camp out under the stars sleeping in a traditional Aussie swag beneath the dazzling Milky Way. (BD) Day 3: Kings Canyon - Uluru Enjoy a guided hike through the mighty Kings Canyon, visiting landmarks like the ‘Garden of Eden’ waterhole and the ‘Lost City’. Continue on to Uluru and take a walk through Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) before arriving into your eco-friendly outback resort for some chill time by the pool. (B) Day 4: Uluru Touring This morning it’s time to tick another item off your bucket list as you watch the

Day 7: Renner Springs - Katherine This morning continue your journey from the red desert to the tropics of the north. Unwind in the 34 degree thermal pools of Mataranka, before stopping at the vintage Daly Waters pub. Later head on to Katherine and its lush riverside surroundings. (B) Day 8: Katherine - Kakadu National Park Enjoy a morning at Nitmiluk Gorge with the opportunity to spot fresh water crocodiles. Then it’s onwards to Kakadu National Park where a whole day of new explorations await tomorrow. (BD) Day 9: Kakadu National Park With a massive selection of wildlife and ancient sites to uncover, start your day in Kakadu with a visit to a Cultural Centre and Nourlangie Rock to learn about the rock art dating back thousands of years. Then jump on a crocodile spotting cruise to see Today it’s time to get your waterfall fix at Florence Falls in Litchfield National Park. Cool off in the natural pools made by the four pounding waterfalls before hopping back on the coach to make tracks for Darwin and celebrate the last night of this epic adventure with your new friends. (B) Day 11: Darwin Before bidding farewell to your new friends, visit the Darwin Museum and the Cyclone Tracy display, and if you’re feeling brave there is an option to experience the cage of death at Crocosaurus Cove. Your tour ends at these awesome creatures in their natural habitat. (B) Day 10: Kakadu - Litchfield National Park - Darwin

A BBQ breakfast will conclude your time in Uluru as it’s time to return to Alice Springs with some free time to explore the local nightlife or simply grab a drink and relax with your Contiki crew. (B)

Day 6: Alice Springs - Renner Springs Leaving Alice Springs this morning to start the journey north, you’ll arrive in Wycliffe Well, Australia’s UFO capital. Suitably spooked, the next stop is the peculiar rock formation of the Devils Marbles. Grab some photos before continuing on to the rural town of Renner Springs. (BD)
