Team West Texas, What an incredible year it has been! Together, we’ve celebrated the sales of nearly 1,000 new homes and the closing of more than 870 homes across Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, and Abilene. These milestones represent more than just numbers; they symbolize families building their futures in the homes you have worked so hard to provide. I couldn't be more excited and prouder of what we’ve accomplished together. Looking ahead, our goal for the coming year is ambitious and inspiring: we aim to close more than 950 homes and continue welcoming new homeowners into our communities. Additionally, we have exciting growth on the horizon, with new communities and phases launching in 2026—a true testament to the strength of our team and the trust families place in us.
