Lubbock Overlook West Phase 2 & New Amenities Center Now Open! In August, Overlook West celebrated two exciting milestones: a new product launch in Phase 2, and the opening of the all new amenities center—the first of its kind in our Lubbock area communities! This beautiful Wolfforth community is already a success, and we’re excited to help more families find their happy places here!
Westmont Grand Reopening This past July, we celebrated the launch of our new phase and the unveiling of a stunning model home in Westmont. The grand opening event featured a beautiful new model home and exciting floor plans. More than 50 attendees enjoyed a ribbon-cutting ceremony, BBQ, snow cones, and fun activities for the kids!
