Meet Ross Groening , Land Development Project Manager who has been part of the DR Horton team for 9 months. Ross has been happily married to his wife Ashli, for 25 years. Together, they have two children: one attending college at Texas Tech and the other a sophomore at Permian High School. Outside of work, Ross cherishes Saturday morning dates with his wife and enjoys tackling DIY projects around the house. With 28 years in the industry, he takes great pride in the various construction projects he has completed, ranging from commercial to residential and land development. Yet, his greatest pride is his family, without whom he feels his career achievements would mean little.
Jody McGee , a Land Acquisition Manager at DR Horton, has been with the company for two months. He cherishes spending time with his wife, Emily, and their two daughters, Braelynn (16) and Aubrey (15). Outside of work, Jody enjoys sharing moments with family and friends including outdoor activities like hunting and long range shooting. He takes pride in his military service and currently serves as a First Sergeant for D Troop, 2-415 Cav in Bell, CA. Dreaming of travel, he hopes to visit Ireland someday. Jody's musical tastes include a blend of old and Texas country along with metal.
