UNICA AT CINEMACON 2023
I talian-based audio technology company Powersoft is set to make its debut at CinemaCon in Las Vegas this month, showcasing its new UNICA cloud-based amplifier platform and celebrating its extensive industry partnerships. CinemaCon is the world’s largest and most important gathering of motion-picture theatre businesses, with up to 6,000 industry professionals expected to attend. Powersoft’s advanced audio technologies are already being used by several motion-picture industry leaders. Loudspeaker manufacturer Krix uses Quattrocanali and Duecanali amplifiers for its commercial cinema audio systems, while Christie’s Vive Audio systems are also driven by Quattrocanali and Duecanali amplifiers.
Designed to reproduce sound through haptic perception, Mover can be used in moving floors, seats, and rides to transfer audible and inaudible frequencies to the human body, adding another dimension to cinemas, entertainment venues, visitor attractions, and immersive experiences. To increase the visibility of Powersoft’s cinema-industry expertise and heritage, these partners will display signs on their booths reading “Let’s talk audio – powered by Powersoft ”, with more information about the company and its first-time presence at CinemaCon. UNICA is Powersoft’s most advanced amplifier platform to date, leveraging next-generation, cloud-based technology to provide a reliable, consistent user experience for any size of install.
