top (the child’s toy). Picture that it has some tape attached to it and pieces of glitter in the room. If the top stays stagnant and doesn’t move, nothing will stick to it, but if you spin the top and it’s moving at a high frequency, it is going to catch so much more glitter on the tape. Now, think of yourself as the top and your manifestations as the glitter. If you continue vibrating at a low frequency, you might get a couple of pieces of glitter (things you want), but they’ll never stay or even be enough to notice or move you into a new belief system. But if your energy is moving positively, that glitter (your manifestations) won’t be able to NOT stick to you. Ultimately, when you are vibrating at a higher frequency, it’s easier to manifest in the things that you want. Thus, the big question at the core of this is actually not “Why manifesting isn’t working for me” but instead “How can I vibrate at a higher frequency so I can then attract in the things I desire”?
• Your vibration directly correlates to your subconscious limiting beliefs. In order to raise your vibration, you need to reprogram your subconscious mind into believing you’re worthy of attracting the things you desire into your life. You can begin doing this with simple daily affirmations (repeating a phrase or phrases to yourself again and again until you believe it). Using affirmations such as “I’m worthy of money, love, happiness (fill in your own blank),” sends a signal to your brain, letting it know it can accept your desire. The thing about affirmations is you don’t need to consciously believe them to begin. • Do things that make you happy. Say yes to things that make you feel alive. Step out of the comfort zone that has been holding you back and allow yourself to begin smiling again. Your vibration immediately increases when you’re laughing, when you’re being kind and doing good things. Go for a walk, move your body, dance in your kitchen: literally release that stagnant energy that is dragging you down. • Celebrate your wins! Once you begin
Manifesting isn’t about
wishing or hoping. It’s also not about pretending to think positively while in the back of your mind telling yourself that nothing works out for you in the long rung.
