A Good Report (JAN-MAR 2026)

Friday’s adventure took the group to Tennessee’s largest indoor climb- ing facility for an exhilarating rock-climbing experience. Climbers of all skill levels challenged them- selves and celebrated one another’s accomplishments, making it a high- light for many. The day was made even more special with a delicious meal of Nashville hot chicken pro- vided once again by famous Hattie B’s. Friday night concluded with an inspiring Bible Study led by Mr. Sheldon Monson.

Sabbath morning began with a shared breakfast and brunch, fol- lowed by uplifting Sabbath ser- vices. The evening brought bowling and arcade games at the Main Event entertainment center, and afterward karaoke provided one last opportu- nity for shared joy and connection. We are once again thankful for these opportunities to share our lives with one another, making special mem- ories as we press toward the King- dom of God!

Continued from page 10 Just as the Father dwelt in Jesus through the Spirit, Christ now lives in His followers through that same Spirit (John 14:16; Romans 8:9–10; Colossians 1:27; I John 3:24). Receiving the Holy Spirit requires obedience to God (Acts 5:32). Christians must yield to God’s Spirit so that it transforms them, enabling obedience, victory over sin, and per- severance to the end (Romans 6:13; Romans 8:14; Philippians 2:5). Christ’s disciples observed the day of Pentecost in the New Testament (Acts 2:1; Acts 20:6; I Corinthians 16:8), and God’s Church continues to keep it today as a reminder of the gift of God’s Holy Spirit and His plan to bring many sons into His Family.
