12. Amador Pavilion will be closed after the close of auction for load out of auction animals; only fair staff and load out crew will be allowed in the barn. 13. All intent to sell forms must be turned into the Livestock Office by the time listed on schedule. If intent to sell form is not turned in on time, the animal will NOT be sold at the Alameda County Junior Livestock Auction. No exceptions! Processing Requirements: 14. All Overall Champion and Reserve Champion (4-H, FFA, Supreme) Swine, Beef, Sheep and Goats will be sent to processing plants. These animals must go custom or resale, no live pickups. 15. All animals destined for process after the Auction should be delivered only to licensed processing plants (Sections 357-359 of California Agriculture Code). All animals purchased for carcass retail or use in hospitals must be fully processed at a federally inspected plant. 16. The fair will only ship to the lockers listed on the sales invoice. 17. WILL TAKE/LIVE PICK-UP disposition is discouraged. 18. Any animal not accepted by the processing plant and verified “ Unf it” by a veterinarian or qualified inspector will be replaced by SELLER with animal of similar grade or quality. 19. The only accepted change orders after sale will be for disposition.
