DEPARTMENT 27 Open Sheep Show Late Entry Deadline: June 20 at 8 pm Please note that late entries must be done via paper entry and are not guaranteed pen/stall space Registered Purebred Breeding Animals and Wether Dams/Sires
1. Scrapie tags shall be used to identify all entries. 2. An exhibitor may not use the same flock number on more than one animal during two consecutive calendar years. 3. Registration numbers may not be used as flock numbers. 4. Lambs must show lamb’s teeth. 5. Specify breed and class number on the entry form or online entry platform. 6. For Divisions A - N, registry by the applicable association is required. All original registration papers must be checked no later than Wednesday, June 20 at 8 pm. 7. Divisions that don’t have at least 15 animals entered by at least 3 exhibitors may be combined with the appropriate AOB Class. 8. Up to two additional breeds may be broken out of the AOB Classes if entries warrant. This will be done at the discretion of management. Breed divisions will have at least 15 animals entered by at least 3 exhibitors to qualify for a separate division. 9. Wether Dam/Wether Sire Non-Registered (Non-Papered) Animals will show in their own division. All Wether Sire/Dam Entries must be weighed on Wednesday, June 19 at 9:00 am. Entries will be divided into classes based on weight. 10. Divisions O and A-N will be in contention for Supreme Champion (Following Last Class on Saturday).
