An Exciting Turn of Events Sneakers That Fit Campaign Laces Up

Beth Rose, a Shalom Orlando board member, was recently promoted to director of events at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. The Foundation, which began in 2008, focuses on connecting others to the deep meaning and joy found through Jewish faith, traditions, and culture. In her new role, Beth will oversee annual conferences where Jewish professionals across the country connect, share ideas, and cultivate community in a relaxing environment. Beth has been an important part of the Harold Grinspoon team since July 2021,

For the 28th consecutive year, volunteers from Congregation of Reform Judaism are preparing to partner with friends and colleagues from synagogues across Central Florida to give brand-new shoes and socks to local students in need. All it takes is a $25 donation from anyone who wants to make sure underserved kids can experience the comfort and pride that comes with new shoes. The Sneakers That Fit program was started by CRJ’s Social Action Committee in Memory of Dr. Barry Levin. Every $25 donated will buy a new pair of shoes and socks from the charity’s official retail partner,
