THE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL OF PHILADELPHIA CHOP is a pediatric healthcare facility and primary care provider in Philadelphia. It was the first hospital in the country devoted exclusively to the care of children. GREEN FAMILY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION This foundation, founded by nominee Bill Green, CEO of LendingOne, makes dona- tions to help charities focused on helping children through healthcare, buildings and facilities, and other avenues.

HOMEGIVEAWAY.ORG Founded by Engelo Rumora, 2016 Think Realty Rising Star/Emerging Leader and 2017 independent panel judge, HomeGiveaway donates at least one home a year to a family in need.
N o less than the very best in the industry were expected to emerge from the Think Realty Honors 2017 nomi- nations. There was no surprise when some truly admirable individuals, well-known and respected on both local and national levels, showed up early in the nominations process. What was pleasantly surprising, however, was the trend that appeared early in a certain aspect of how students,
colleagues, and partners described their nominees in the initial nominations letter. Certainly, there was much praise for in- vesting acumen, high returns, and the abil- ity to add astronomical value to a portfolio. However, the other trend that emerged was one of service. Think Realty Honors nominees serve not just the real estate in- vesting community through education and investment guidance, but also a number of
other, broader communities both through personal service and financial support. Think Realty will honor 2017 finalists and award winners at the Think Realty National Conference & Expo in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 14-15, 2017.
