Old Library Nestled in its own garden, the Old Library exudes timeless charm and sophistication, making it a truly exceptional venue. Fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, it also lends itself beautifully to conferences, intimate dinners, and other bespoke events. Boasting stunning photo opportunities and picturesque views of the Dulwich College cricket grounds, the Old Library offers a perfect blend of elegance and versatility, ensuring every occasion becomes unforgettable. The space features three distinct areas—the Main Hall, the Rotunda, and the Carver Room—each with its own unique character, providing flexibility to tailor the venue to your event's specific needs. Pavilion Salle Located on the upper floor of our charming Pavilion, the Salle is a warm and welcoming venue, ideal for dinners, parties, and sports functions. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a fully staffed bar, exclusive access to the College grounds and cricket pitches, and stunning views of the campus from balconies on both sides. Perfectly suited for summer events or corporate away days, this self-contained space also offers the option of garden-style parties or al fresco dining with marquees and stretch tents available if desired.

The Laboratory The Laboratory offers a dynamic and versatile venue, perfect for full-scale conferences, AGMs, drinks receptions, dinners and more. This exceptional space features two main event

areas—the 240-seat Auditorium and the stunning James Caird Hall—along with up to four modern Infomatic Suites ideal for conference breakout sessions. The James Caird Hall, named after the legendary boat commanded by Ernest Shackleton and proudly displayed within, boasts two bright and open floors, offering a sophisticated setting for drinks receptions with breathtaking views of the College fron lawns. Meanwhile, the Auditorium provides a state-of-the-art environment for presentations, panel talks, and performances, complemented by its fully removable seating and proximity to a beautiful outdoor piazza.

Edward Alleyn Theatre 13
Located on campus and named after the College’s founder, the Edward Alleyn Theatre is a versatile venue perfect for performative events, smaller parties, and everything in between. The theatre features three interconnected spaces—the foyer, the main stage, and the rehearsal room—each designed to enhance your event. Following recent renovations, the venue offers modern amenities including a fully staffed bar in the foyer, a professional lighting rig, and raised seating in the main stage. Whether you’re hosting a party, a performance, a rehearsal, or a team-building session, the Edward Alleyn Theatre provides a flexible, polished setting to suit your needs.

Trevor Bailey Sports Ground
Situated just beyond the main College campus, the Trevor Bailey Sports Ground—named in honor of England Test Cricketer and Old Alleynian Trevor Bailey—offers a versatile venue steeped in sporting heritage. Built in the late 1960s, this facility features a spacious hall, a fully stocked and staffed bar, and a separate lounge with sweeping views of the extensive grounds. Ideal for parties, corporate away days, and sports recreation events, the Trevor Bailey Sports Ground serves as a larger, more expansive alternative to the on-campus Pavilion Salle.
