Market Square at Frederick, the new, mixed-use, retail and residential lifestyle development taking shape on the northeast corner of Route 26 andWorman’s Mill Road in Frederick. Off-price home fashions store HomeGoods, and pet supply specialty retailer PetSmart have committed to 25,000 and 14,000 s/f, respec- tively, boosting the retail portion of the development to more than 60% leased. The leases with HomeGoods and PetSmart are the latest in a series of victories for Market Square at Frederick, following the project’s recent nod from the Frederick County Builders Association (FCBIA) as the “Best New Mixed Use Development”, and unanimous approval from the Frederick Planning Commis- sion to incorporate over 200 lux- ury apartments with resort-style PHILADELPHIA, PA - Fa- meco Real Estate, LP an- nounced that it represented ULTA Beauty in a 13,647 s/f lease at 1619 Walnut Street, the iconic former Westinghouse studio, developed by Vesper Property Group .
