PROBLEM The rapid increase in consumer purchases through the internet has dramatically increased the need for logistical facilities to inventory a wide range of products so they can be delivered quickly and efficiently to consumers. To keep up with this rapidly increased demand requires many new logistical facilities to be built nationwide. SOLUTION DH Pace can offer owners a single-source provider solution for the dock levelers, truck restraints, dock seals, track guard, sectional door and rolling doors. This includes working to ensure the equipment works together efficiently and well as coordinating supply chain issues to minimize the effect of the job schedule. For this particular project, DH Pace provided 55 air powered pit levelers, 10 mechanical edge-of-dock levelers, 47 mechanical truck restraints, 47 foam dock seals, 37 door track guards, 47 LED fan/light combo units, 40 insulated sectional doors, 2 rolling steel service doors, and 2 rolling steel fire doors.
