The fit out comprised of the CAT B fit out to the 5th and 6th (penthouse) floors of the building to cater for circa 90 staff all situated to the perimeter of the floor plate to take advantage of natural light and stunning views. Within the central core, bespoke joinery is used to differentiate between the uses of the space which includes, main reception, lounge area, collaboration zones, quite rooms and a canteen. The fit out comprised of all internal architectural finishes along with the upgrades to servicing across both floors. Mechanical works included the installation of new fan coiled units to cater for the new cellular spaces along with plumbing and wastes into the new canteen and coffee dock station. Electrically the RAF were lifted to install all power and data fittings along with new lighting, smoke detectors, fire alarm panels, AV and security. The works involved working within an operational building which required regular coordination with Building Management and the other tenants. Space was restricted on site with no access to the basement, ‘Just in Time’ deliveries and coordination was paramount for the successful delivery of the works within a fast track programme.
