We have had requests for more team profiles so we asked a few of the Ardmac senior leadership team to tell us a little about themselves. We hope this will become a regular feature so keep an eye on your inbox for when we are profilling your department. Who are you? What do you do? What do you like?
“I’m Jason, Managing Director here at Ardmac. I Joined Ardmac in April 2006 as a site manager. I am also Vice chair of Lean Construction Ireland. Co. Tyrone born and bred but now live in Monasterboice, Co. Louth. I have 5 kids and we spend most of our weekends around GAA fields which we love.
Best part of my job is seeing our people and teams develop to do great things.”
Jason Casey Managing Director
“I’m Cormac, Director of Risk and Compliance, and Acting Commercial Director for Data Centres. I started working for Ardmac 23 years ago. It was a very different business back then; in two countries and about a fifth of the current size. It was great to experience and be part of that historic growth and geographic expansion of our business. The next steps will be just as exciting. Ardmac tries to nurture talent, and hopefully that can be seen not only from the long durations staff stay with Ardmac, but also in returning staff, who bring with them new knowledge and new experiences. The processes we have in place have ensured our continued operation through bad times, such as the global crash in 2008, and allows us to build success in good times, such as entering new jurisdictions and new business streams. When not in work, I’ve decided to try to get my handicap down; it would help if I had a handicap, so maybe I need to do that first! That leaves the evenings free for hopefully some concerts, movies or theatre (particularly looking forward to Iron Maiden in the 3 Arena!)“
