Welcome again to another one of ChiroSecure's live events. Today, I am so happy to have Kim Klapp with us. So many of you already know who Kim is. She has been a terrific personal friend of mine for well over 20 years. She has helped Tom Klapp in Michigan to have one of the best run chiropractic practices I know. What's so important about Kim and what she does is she creates that team approach in every chiropractor's officer that she works with. The team approach is what helps lower your risk. Every single business needs communication between the person in charge and the rest of the time, whether it be at ChiroSecure with our team here or any other business and certainly in any chiropractic office. What your staff does, what your staff says within the office, outside the office, has a bearing not just on your practice but can put your license and reputation and practice into jeopardy if it's not the right information. I'm glad to introduce Kim. Kim, thanks for being here with us. I want to just start by asking you about your own personal team in your office up in Michigan. I appreciate that. I know Dr. Tom; I think was one of your first ChiroSecure clients. All he can do is rave about ChiroSecure. It's been fabulous. I know the service is always impeccable, so thanks so much before we talk about my office, I wanted to mention you. As far as our team, I think I've done is, unfortunately, learned by mistake. When I started out, I thought it was going to my idea to run the practice and I had a lot of ideas and they didn't all work. What I did find out that does work is excellent communication and fabulous system. When you combine a big picture with the excellent communication and the fabulous systems, everything works out really well. Thanks for the kind words, but also, that's good about everybody being on the same page. When we hire here at ChiroSecure, obviously, we're looking, depending on the position, for certain skill sets that the person already comes to us with. Separate from the skill sets, has to be a clear expectation on our end that that person can fit into our team, from a personality perspective, from an enthusiasm perspective, someone that is ready and able to jump on board of our mission because we share our mission with people when we're interviewing, way
