I know in your chiropractic assistant's program and what you illustrated today, everything seems to be about creating systems in the office and today, we focus more on the risk management aspect of that. Everything is about systems. Is there anything you can just summarize for the doctors and maybe some staff that are watching us about that? In a nutshell, system stands for Save Yourselves Stress, Time, Energy and Money. That's what it stands for. We want to systematize everything in your practice. Think about everything you want more new patients, you want more referrals, you want more patient compliance, you want higher collections. All those things you want more of, systems can help you get those more often every time. It's like increasing your odds of success. Think about things you don't want in your practice. Dropped balls, miscommunication, chaos, running out of supplies. Systems minimizes though. Systems just really increase your chances of success and decrease the problem. That's why you want to have those applied to everything you do in your office in relation to your patients, your marketing, your appointments, your payments, your team. Everything across the board because we always want it to be the best possible experience for our patients and our team. Kim, you are awesome. I really appreciate you being with us today. I know how many people get such value out of what you do in chiropractic and what you teach and what you share. I'm one of those people. A big supporter. I'd encourage everyone to go and get Kim's materials and get your staff to be trained by her on a monthly basis. There is a reason that I have certain people on our shows. All of the people that I've had on have common denominators. A, they're people that I respect. They're also people that I am friends with I'm friends with them for reasons. They're also people that have brought value to the doctor's that we insure. Kim is one of those people and I put her high on my list of favorites of people in general. I love you, thank you. I want everyone to know, will share with them in the materials we send out but also Alan will share how to get in touch with you and be part of your program because from our point of view, when someone's part of your program, I'm more confident that their office is going to run that much better. It's going to get that much bigger and therefore it's going to lower their risk of them coming to us with more problems. Again, thanks for you all you do.
