ChiroSecure's Best Of Live Events

to make sure that the doctors and the profession know about it.

This is the reason that I've invited Dr. Stephanie Sullivan who is the director of Life University's Dr. Sid E. Williams Center for Chiropractic Research to be with us today. I've gotten to know her over the last couple of years and she is awesome. I know you will find that to be the case too. With that in mind and before I bring Dr. Stephanie on, I just want to mention that in addition to all of the other research we support, we have made a commitment going forward to dedicate ourselves to change the public perception of chiropractic in the regards to stroke or arterial dissection. As the only malpractice carrier that's made this type of commitment for the research not only about stroke and chiropractic, but to protect doctors when they are actually accused of causing one of these dissections, we want everyone to know that as a ChiroSecure client you certainly have the opportunity to be part of a movement to end the connection between chiropractic and stroke. We are doing our part, we need you to be part of our family to continue that along the way. I want to introduce to you Dr. Stephanie. As I said I've met her a couple of years ago, I fell in love with her commitment and her passion for what she does for our profession. Dr. Stephanie thanks so much for supporting what we do here at ChiroSecure and being part of our mission and our show to bring the research to the profession. Thank you. Can you tell us ... Let’s start with a little bit about some of the overview that you want to share of the research you are actually getting done. Well, doc Stu thank you so much for the opportunity. We are really really thrilled to be here. Our research renascence is really the best descriptor for what's going on here at Life. We have over 200 projects going on at any given time and just what within the Center for Chiropractic research I just counted last week and it was 65. That goes from neural science to biomechanics, to some of our education research that I'm really excited to show you some of our of course training and our myomotion centers all the way to practice stage research and even clinical studies. We have a lot going on. Really before going forward it's really a team effort. That's what's been fine. We are very very fortunate as we've gone through this to have a great team. We've got Dr. Ron Hosek, we have Dr. F. Owens, we have Dr. Brent Russel, Dr, Ores. We have just a really really great group. It's been an exciting journey and I'm really glad to share it with you. Thanks Dr. Stephanie. That's a great start and overview to what's actually happening in your research department at the university and I appreciate that. I actually know some of the people that you've mentioned and that's cool. One of the things that really got me involved with the research that's happening at Life is when I came there and you actually took me on a tour and I know that's available to anybody, but it just happened to have been me. The tour was really an eye- opener all the way down to the Chiro's team and all of the different things that you are working on. I can appreciate that you have 65 different things all at once just in the research center itself but what would you say would be the most impactful
