staff. We have a mandatory training. We need to make sure it's being explained properly because and I'll knock on wood. We have over a half a million patients on this network. Guess how many complaints we've had?
Dr. Hoffman:
I'm assuming none.
Dr. Foxworth:
None.
Dr. Hoffman:
Good.
Dr. Foxworth:
I credit that to the on boarding and the training that we try to do with the staff. Quite frankly when we do get asked for a refund and we do, guess what I do? "And how do you spell your last name?" That's great. I think a lot of credit for that Ray also goes to the great staff that you have. I want to acknowledge that because I deal with them and talk to them as well. Your explanation was terrific in terms of communicating to patients. It raises one question that I think is essential. I could see the doctors hearing this and the first thing that they do because they may not have a high level of confront, is say, "I'll pay the $49 for the patient. They won't even know the difference and I'll just give them the discount." Absolutely. [crosstalk 00:30:58]. I think you've been sitting in our office for a while. We also get the calls from the doctor that want to know what part of the $49 is theirs. Here's how you deal with that. You need to understand that we're regulated by the Department of Insurance. You can't pay premiums and memberships for patients because think about the things we have up on the slides, the inducements anti-kickback. That is you paying for something for a patient. That's where you trigger those other rules or regulations. Then the other thing that you about will find out if you're part of this network is that we are required to disclose information to the patient. They must know and sign a document that says they are knowingly joining a discount medical plan. It is not health insurance and should not replace health insurance. What Chiro-Health is for is for non-covered services. When patients, every patient that joins, whether they're cash or insurance doctors cannot pay that fee. When you explain to them that they are joining a network and they sign the disclosure form, then the patients are fine with that. You don't need to do smoke and mirrors. Stu, you've touched on this a couple of times, this confrontation level that our doctors have. Let's face it, my Mom and Dad are both chiropractors so I've been around it all my life. I don't know if it's something in our jeans or something that happens when we're in chiropractic college, but we've got a huge poverty complex. Doctors have a challenge Exactly.
