billing service is going to bill the highest level that they can, try to get the most money because that's how they're paid. I'm not against making sure we're billing the correct services and at the highest level that we're entitled to, but whatever is billed is the responsibility of the doctor. I’ve seen several cases, where a billing service has billed a code, the doctor wasn't aware that they changed it and guess who was responsible, the doctor because it went under his name. Now, we can come back and say, “Well, this person changed it,” but ultimately it's our responsibility to know that what's going out, so you never have a billing service you're not overseeing to make sure, “These are the codes I'm expecting,” and have some type of compliance, where periodically you're reviewing what they're doing because I don't think most billing services may do it with a sinister way, but certainly if they make a mistake, you're going to be responsible because you're paying the money back. I find it interesting if the billing services collected the money and you’ve paid them, when you refund the money, does the billing service pay their portion of the refund? Most of the contracts don't have that. I would tell doctors, “Be very conscientious that's where you have a very reputable, one that you can trust, one that you know that's been certified before you start trusting someone with your billing because ultimately that's your responsibility as the provider.” I want to just add to that point, non-Medicare doctors are employed by others chiropractors or by a non-chiropractor, just an owner of a clinic, if you don't know what is being billed out under your name, whether or not it's been changed from the coding that you may have checked off or whatever the situation is, it’s still ultimately your responsibility because we've had too many times where a licensing board comes in because there's a complaint and that doctor, the excuse can’t be, “I didn't know, I'm just an employee.” I just wanted to add that to what you have to share Sam. I just want to thank you for all that you do. You provide such a valuable service and like I said earlier, the way you present, I’ve heard you present at seminars and you do unbelievable seminars. You have such clear and concise language and how you present this and make it as simple as possible when these aren’t simple things to others sometimes. to get through number one, to Sam, you’ll find their seminar schedule if that’s something that you have an interest in, but you'll also find Sam’s network. It's so inexpensive. I have told him over and over and over again to raise the price, but they haven't, but you'll have full access to Sam on any of these types of questions, any billing, any documentation. I don’t want to over speak, so if I say something wrong, certainly correct me, but it's almost crazy not to participate. I’d encourage all of our doctors to get on the website, again hjrosscompany.com and check out what they have to offer. There's even an electronic HIPAA compliance program that’s dirt cheap and makes things very very simple. I really appreciate [inaudible 00:56:25] all of those levels and I’d encourage everybody to at least go to the website, it's hjrosscompany.com. There you're going to find a way

Dr. Stu:

Sam, you do a wonderful job. I'm glad that we're friends. I'm glad that we get to work together and I want to thank you for helping our doctors.
