ChiroSecure's Best Of Live Events

I do want to tell you please do not send us an email immediately. Allow two weeks before you start to receive the live event information. Now, in reality you might receive it in two days but we don’t want anyone to be calling or emailing where is the stuff. You'll absolutely get it. We have thousands of people that attend these shows, so I want you to realize don’t worry, you will absolutely get it. With that said, what I want to do is turn this over to the man responsible for this live broadcast, the man who started ChiroSecure, a chiropractor for over 33 years, Dr. Stu Hoffman. Dr. Stu? Thanks, Alan. I just want to welcome everyone to another one of our live broadcasts and let you know that we've been getting so much positive feedback from our doctors about the information that's been presented from people like Dr. Gerry Clum and researcher Heidi Haavik. We're still getting incredible response to our informed consent review that we did. I want to thank you all for participating with us. I know Alan said that Sam's having some technical difficulties and hopefully he'll join us in a minute or two, but in the meantime I want to at least take a minute to share with you a couple of things. Number one, I work with Sam on a number of different projects through the H.J. Ross Company because they do an incredible job on teaching our doctors billing and coding, as well as documentation and understanding different insurance requirements and different insurance companies’ patterns and things of that nature. But what I get to do is talk to the doctors not just with an actual malpractice claim but also because we've been the leader since 2005 with offering insurance defense in our policies for doctors for different post-payment review/insurance audits. I get to hear and see what's going on in the profession and the different trends as well. First and foremost, when Sam's going to talk about documentation today and the pros and cons of documentation, what's critical to know about it is that documentation is the number one item that will sink a malpractice claim. Your documentation will allow for your proper defense when you're sued especially when we believe it's a frivolous lawsuit, but there have been times that we've had lawsuits show up that are so defensible but the documentation from that doctor was not there. Let me give you an example. We have and I could have been in this situation myself because so many of us on this event will know that we take care of people over the long haul and there would be patients that may drop out of care and come back six months later, a year later, three years later but those patients
