that come back three years later don’t always get a new work up, a new consultation and when something goes wrong and you don’t have it documented well that's when we run into problems. I just want you to know it's not just for insurance audit purposes; it's for many different issues that we need to consider our documentation. I think Sam's coming on. I can see any second once we unmute him, but- Stu, let me help Sam while you're doing that because we see him on the screen now. I’m going to talk a little technically here, Stu, if you don’t mind. Sam, right above your head is a microphone that you just have to unclick to unmute yourself if you go right to the top of the Hangout window. There you go. Why don’t you say something so we know we can hear you? Perfect. Let me just finish up by saying that I want you to understand that Sam's going to come from a different perspective not just the malpractice perspective, but when it comes to documenting and getting paid from insurance and being in compliance with your state board requirements for documentation as well. Sam is a friend. He's an expert in this field and if you've ever taken his course you know how entertaining it can be to actually learn what you need to learn. Even following this event, I encourage you all to look up the H.J. Ross seminars and connect with Sam on that level as well because he's awesome. I want to introduce a friend of mine and a colleague, Sam Collins, to you and let's take it away, Sam. Great. Thanks, Dr. Stu. I'm glad to be here. Sorry for the delay. We had a little technical difficulty on our end with the microphone and camera, but we're up and ready now. Really I'm happy to be here because for a chiropractor, of course, this is maybe some of the best times that we have for us as far as with insurance. Also with good times also comes where insurance companies definitely will scrutinize because I always say insurance companies make money two ways. They make it by taking a premium and by not paying claims, and even when they pay the claim they may audit. That audit is what we really want to talk about today and Test one, two. Thanks for having me in. Fantastic.
