Dr. Dean DePice:
I like what you said. I do that with the doctors as well. I want to draw what's best in you out of you but isn’t that what a great coach does? They find good player. They’re not always going to find the perfect players but they're going to raise an extraordinary team by bringing up what's best in each of the players. If that’s what you're saying, yeah, sounds great. I just want to touch on a risk management portion of this for a second, from our perspective before I let you finish it up because the shows have been terrific. It’s just the limitation based of timing of them. One of the things that we always recommend to the doctors that are bringing on associates is to make sure that you know what type of malpractice coverage to get them. I'm not talking about who to purchase from. Obviously, we prefer doctors come to us. It’s important to know a claims‐made policy from an occurrence policy. More important is, what is the difference for the owner doctor? When we coach our [inaudible 00:25:52], we always coach from the top down because just because an associate is cold to go out and buy their own malpractice policy, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the owners stays protected very well. There are things for the owner doctor to do to make sure that they're protected, their corporation is protected as well as the associate doctor. I'm not going to get into all of that for today’s sake but since we’re talking about associate driven practice, I want to bring that out and just share that as my thought in terms of from reducing risk for the owner doctor. There are a number of things owners need to do. Your seven steps to an associate practice, I haven’t seen it yet but from all the things that you’ve presented today, if I still had to practice and I had associates in that practice or thought about it, that’s exactly what I would be doing. You’ve been an awesome coach and a good friend. I encourage anyone and everyone to check out what Dr. DePice does at TLC 4 Superteams. He is all that you’ve heard and more. This is a very limited topic if you want it to be. As he said, it’s absolutely something that can heal this profession by expanding on what we do in our reach
