If you’re wondering if a Waterpik is right for you, let’s explore some of the benefits this interdental appliance has to offer!

PLAQUE REMOVAL Throughout the day, plaque accumulates on your teeth and will stay there until it is properly cleaned off — it’s the nature of the beast. While a toothbrush does a great job covering the front and back surfaces, the areas between the teeth and around the gumlines are still at risk of bacteria buildup. A Waterpik, which combines both water and pressure, does a better job than flossing alone at removing plaque and food that’s left behind. EASE OF USE According to a National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, only 32% of people 30 years and older floss their teeth. This could be because it’s a daunting process. However, breaking the bad habit of not flossing is easy if there’s a simpler way: a Waterpik. REVERSE GINGIVITIS Did you know that gum disease, also known as gingivitis, is reversible? Gingivitis is caused by the bacteria in plaque, and once removed on a regular basis, in some cases, you can turn back the clock! PREVENTION To prevent bad breath, gum complications, and tooth decay, a Waterpik is an important tool to have at home and use daily. Along with brushing your teeth twice a day for two minutes each time, a Waterpik will do its part to keep your oral health on track. Nothing feels better than a fresh and clean mouth! To protect your pearly whites, a Waterpik is an excellent option!
