Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC represented Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania in the sale of 2619 Moravian Avenue, a 7,500 square foot property in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Cindy McDonnell Feinberg, CCIM of Feinberg Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. The Buyer, HIWT, LLC was represented by James Balliet with KW Commercial. The investment group plans to redevelop the property for a Lehigh Valley based business. The property on Moravian Avenue was originally developed in 1977 as the headquarters for the Great Valley Girl Scouts and later became a service center with the merger of county-based programs resulting in the creation of Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
