There was 3.2 months of inventory for condos in April, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The condo median sold price in April was $468,000, 3% below March and 1.5% lower vs April 2019. The average sold price was $526,303, 5% below last month; the average PSF sales price was $602, down 4% from last month.
