UAV-LiDAR provides an affordable, efficient, and easy-to-use method for collection of highly precise 3D data for vital mapping and management operations across a multitude of industries – including mining, forestry, land surveying and construction/infrastructure. Mapping smaller areas with high accuracy to supplement the work carried out by helicopters is a comprehensive approach to creating digital inventories of powerline networks and associated assets.
