Customer Support
Geodetics provide a limited number of complementary support hours with any system purchase. If needed, additional support blocks can be purchased online via Geodetics’ customer support portal. Customer support is provided by a Field Service Engineer (FSE) over email, phone or video call. Geodetics support team will address any questions pertaining to Geo-PMS operation and data processing. Depending on the client use case, our team may be able to support and advise on industry-specific requirements for civil engineering, land surveying, powerline mapping, etc.
Full end-to-end training is included with any Geo-MMS system purchase. Training is provided by Geodetics’ team of pilots, engineers and scientists, with combined decades of experience in the UAV and mobile mapping space. Training is tailored to system configuration, experience level and expected use-cases of client, with focus on mission planning, execution, data collection and post-processing. Training may be performed at Geodetics’ facility in San Diego or a location of clients choosing.
