EXPANSION COLLABORATION COMMENTS
EXPANSION: If customer demand goes as expected a potential location set up at La Palma Clubhouse could be considered in the 2023-24 season to accommodate local residents there. Delivery services will be innovated throughout the partk on a regular basis for convenience COLLABORATION: All collaborative efforts will be made to work synergistically with the ES Bar and staff, including special events where Solis beverages may be requested, such as a bar may still be workable as our closing hours are mid afternoon. COMMENTS: A more accurate menu, pricing, schedule and forecast may be provided upon approval of a contract for the location use over a 3-year period in accordance with other vendors on premise. Further detailed planning will be done following board approval and consideration for any budget, equipment or facilities that may be provided from the board / HOA for capital requirements and start up needs.
FORECAST: A quantifiable starting point is a minimum of 100 drinks per day in sales e.g., 25 coffees, 25 smoothies, 25 juice drinks and 25 wellness shots. With a resident population of more than 80% during season, this equates to less than 10% Of course, expectations exceed this benchmark MENU: Final menu will likely consist of 3 regular + 1 changing formulas for each category of smoothie, juice and wellness shots (total 4 variety offerings of each). Continuously improving and providing new creations ongoing. PRICING: Range of pricing per drink for 12 oz. ~ 16 oz. smoothies and juice combos will be between $5 ~ $8 with an average price of $6.50. Price for Wellness Shots will range between $3 ~ $5. Price for Nutri Xtra addons such as Isolate Protein and Collagen Peptides will range between $1 ~ $2 depending on net weight FLAVORS & INGREDIENTS: Indicative flavors and ingredients are subject to seasonal supply availability and pricing.
