Following the Rapture the Tribulation w ill begin, the last three and a half years of which the devastation will be completely un utterable. This is described not only in Joel, but also in many oth er portions of prophetic Scripture, such as the book of Revelation. At the end of the Tribulation pe riod the Lord Jesus Christ will come with His saints to destroy the arm ies of the anti-Christ, consigning him and the false prophet into the lake of fire.
