Program History — In the past, builder marketing efforts tended to focus on the quality of the home — Discover Tillsonburg was created to augment builder marketing by telling Tillsonburg’s story — Quality of life — Major amenities — Small town living — Answers “I can have a nice home anywhere. Why would I choose Tillsonburg?"

Program History — Launched in 2012 to promote residential attraction — Collaborative partnership between Town and stakeholders where we pool resources (50:50) — Past stakeholders have included builders and realtors; in 2019, adding other home-related businesses and community partners

Tillsonburg Fall Home Tour — Self guided tour that will start at the Station Arts Centre — October 26, 2019 (tentative date) — Visitors are warm leads with data collection — Every model home will be on the tour — Prizes available for visitors that tour all of the model homes
