Regulations for Top Friday Design Awards 1. In any section of Top Awards, there must be at least three (3) classes with four (4) entries in each class. 2. Must be a blue ribbon winner scoring at least 95 or above from a group of classes designated as eligible for the Top Award. 3. Fresh plant material is not to be treated in any way. 4. Any NGC Top Exhibitor Award may be withheld if judges panel determines that none are worthy or none meets the specific requirements of the award. DESIGN SCALE OF POINTS
