RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION
The Village Tavern invites all chefs to create their own original chicken recipe. Use your imagination and get creative. Each recipe must be homemade. Must feed between 8-10 people. No limit on ingredients. No Professional chefs or bakers may enter. Recipe must be typed on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Name, address and phone number must be either printed or typed on the back of the recipe and should be submitted with entry. Judging Criteria: Flavor: 50% Originality/Creativity: 25% A ppearance: 25% See General rules on page 171.
