RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION
LeanBack Soul Food invites all food enthusiusts to create their own orginal family recipe using any spice or sauce from LeanBack Soul Food. We are looking for innovative and orginal recipes. Recipes must have enough product so that it is prevalent in the dish. Entries are open to all categories: main dishes, side dishes, soups, stews, desserts. LeanBack Soul Food can be found throughout the triad and online. For more product information and sales locations please visit www.leanbacksoulfood.com No limit on ingredients. No professional chefs or bakers may enter. Recipe must include recipt or proof of purchase attached to an index card on the back of the typed or printed recipe on a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Name, address and phone number must be either printed or typed on the back of the recipe and should be submitted with entry. Entries that do not have the required proof of purchase will not be judged. Judging Criteria Flavor : 30% Flavor Recognition of Product : 50% Appearance : 20% See General rules on page 171.
