RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION

Rock of Ages Winery invites all wine enthusiasts to create their own original Family recipe using any wine made by Rock of Ages Winery. We are looking for innova- tive and original recipes. Recipes must include enough wine so that it is prevalent in the dish. Entries are open to All categories: Main Dishes, Side Dishes, Soups, Stews or Desserts. Rock of Ages wines can be found at Lowes Foods. For more product information and sales locations please see the website www.rockofages.com. No limit on ingredients. No Professional chefs or bakers may enter. Entry must feed 8-10 people. Recipe must include receipt or proof of purchase attached to a index card on the back of the typed or printed recipe on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Name, address and telephone number of entrant must be printed or typed on the back of the recipe. Entries that do not have the required recipe and proof of use items will not be judged. Judging Criteria Flavor : 30% Flavor Recognition of Product : 50% Appearance : 20% See General rules on page 171.
