RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION

The Carolina Classic Fair invites contestants to submit any kind of dish made with "NC Produced" honey. Entry may be hot or cold, in any size pan or dish, and must feed a minimum of 12 servings NC Produced Honey must be used in the dish. A jar of honey must accompany dish and must show where the honey was produce. Entries are open to all categories (Desserts, Main Dishes, Appetizers, Salad, etc.) Recipe should be typed on an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Name, address and phone number must be printed or typed on the BACK of the recipe and should be submitted with the entry. Entries that do not have the required recipe will not be judged. Judging Criteria: Flavor : 40% Recognition of Product : 30% Appearance : 30% See General rules on page 171.
