The ability to deliver therapeutic agents at the right dose and at the desired location in the body remains a significant challenge for many disease indications. This is particularly a problem for many cancer drugs, but is also difficult for some anti-infective agents and vaccines. This lecture will focus on our recent work on delivery of cytotoxic agents in Triple Negative Breast Cancers, in combination therapies for post-resection delivery to the brain, and in polymers for non-lipid formulations of RNA vaccines and therapeutics.
